Innovative Educational Partnerships Limited (IEPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv and is engaged by ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv to provide teaching and support staff for the operation of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv’s new London campus (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London). ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London is part of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv’s ambitious growth agenda and will be a campus for teaching excellence, home to many disciplines and subjects, which have a focus on sustainability and employability, and providing students with an excellent choice of postgraduate programmes.
Employed by IEPL, the Campus Services Officer is a key appointment that will work as part of the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London Campus Operations team and report to the Campus Operations Manager.
The Campus Services Officer role will support and undertake the delivery of campus services, including reception, student support services and the provision of academic administration in support of the teaching taking place at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London.
The role plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience by providing comprehensive support and guidance to visitors to the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London campus and all ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London students, particularly international students navigating their first time in London. This position involves providing a first-point of contact for all of the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London campus services, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, students and staff at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London, and acting as a key resource for student enquiries and responding to needs quickly and efficiently.
The post involves liaising and aligning ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London services with ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv Leicester services and ensuring students are supported from across both campus provisions.
To be successful in this role, you will require the skills for developing good relationships with the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London academic team and Professional Service Directorates at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv Leicester, and hence, IEPL are looking for someone with the ability to build strong and durable working relationships with colleagues across ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv London and ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv Leicester.
You will have experience in an operational role at a UK HE institution or similar. Working knowledge of a university and the multiple services needed to run an efficient campus and support students and staff will be helpful. You will need to have the ability to adapt and learn quickly, in order to develop the services to changing demands of a growing operation.
