Personal profile

Richard served for 30 years in the Police Service before working in Higher Education developing and delivering Police related education. His interests include contemporary issues in Policing, Public Order, Neighbourhood and Roads Policing. He leads the Subject at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ãºmv, being responsible for all the Policing delivery within the University.
